Captain Nicola Dale writes that two members of MAABC won at the British Indoor Rowing Championships last Saturday with a third member also doing particularly well!

Kaila Engelsman won the Open Women’s event in a cracking time of 7:01.6 even writing this makes me feel exhausted.  We are incredibly proud of this and perhaps we should consider naming one of the new ergos after Kaila.  There is an excellent article on Kaila’s success and her ambitions on the WeRow Life website.

Additionally Jennifer Aitken came in 4th which was a superb effort with a time 7:19.1  – and thirdly Natalie Sacre won the LWT Women 500 sprint in a time of 1:46.1 – each of these athletes should be incredibly pleased with themselves.  WELL DONE Ladies!
