Has Spring sprung yet?  I think it is trying although the forecast for the weekend as usual covers every scenario.  As ever, the club seems extremely busy.  We have the Boat Race Circus rumbling in this week – can all members be as considerate as possible whilst enjoying the publicity of our lovely club on the TV.  Make sure you tell friends to watch and advertise our club. Charles Fisher – Mortlake Boat Club

Monday night yoga in the Lawson room

Sign up for our new Monday night yoga classes at 7pm in the Lawson room. Yoga is great for flexibility, core strength and injury prevention.  You don't have to be able to touch your toes or tie yourself in a knot to benefit from yoga  - everyone will feel the changes it makes, and it may even help you sit up a little at front stops! START OF THE SEASON MEETING

START OF THE SEASON MEETING FOR ALL TRAINING ATHLETES - 13 SEPTEMBER AT 12 NOON The new season is starting and all groups are invited to a start of the season meeting on Saturday 13 September at 12 noon in the Lawson room.  Our Captain and Coaching team will go through group structure, training and goals for the season. MAABC Summer Party Success!!

Thank you to everyone who came to our summer party and made it such a success – what a great party! What a turn out! The food was delicious, the was band great, the company excellent,  and then we danced the evening away. Mortlake Veterans training camp – Mimizan, France, May 2014
